Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Orpheas AI (the "service") provided by Παπατάσιος και ΣΙΑ ΕΕ. By using the service, you accept these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Orpheas AI is a system for service businesses that helps with appointments, customer communication, leads and related operations. Some features may be offered as early access or marked "Coming soon" and may change.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must use the service for lawful business purposes and be authorised to bind your business.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Plan prices appear on the pricing page and are monthly, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Billing, renewal, upgrade and cancellation details are set out at sign-up. [BILLING / REFUND TERMS]
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive or abusive content.
- Do not send spam or communications without the recipients' required consent.
- Do not attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
6. Customer content & data
You retain ownership of the data you input. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service, as a processor on your behalf. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you entrust to us.
7. Availability & early access
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Early-access or "Coming soon" features are provided "as is", may change or be withdrawn, and create no commitment to deliver a specific feature.
8. Intellectual property
The service, software, brand and our content are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to us or our licensors. You acquire no rights beyond the licence to use set out here.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these terms. After termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The competent courts are those of Athens, subject to mandatory consumer-protection law.
